Refund and Cancellation

Our products and services fees are non-refundable and clients have no liberty to cancel the services once selected and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Services or products once ordered will not be cancelled in any way. If you opt for any services and did not contact us within 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services and the fee paid toward each service will be forfeit. Product once sold on our website will not be cancelled, please be sure before buying any product prior to placing an order.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. Goods or services once sold will not be taken back or cancelled, If you cancel any service after paying for it and then cancelled, no refund will be processed so please be sure that you required the said goods or services or not before placing an order.
